IMP Aerospace & Defence supports both domestic and international military and civilian aircraft operators with comprehensive In-Service Support and modernization programs, as well as mission system installations. With over 2,400 engineering and technical support staff, IMP provides customers with over sixty years’ experience with technical services and manufacturing solutions through its six operating units across Canada.

IMP Aerospace provides maintenance support services for the CP140 Aurora; CH124 Sea King and CH149 Cormorant aircraft. From the same location, IMP provides Integrated Logistics Support; Technical Publications Services; Engineering & Technical Services as well as the Canadian Search and Rescue Helicopter operations centre, from where the CH149 maintenance operations at Comox, Gander and Greenwood are directed.

Cascade Aerospace supports military and civilian aircraft programs. Cascade is an authorized  Lockheed Martin authorised C130J heavy maintenance provider and the prime contractor to the Royal Canadian Air Force C-130 Hercules program; providing structural and modification engineering & maintenance support.

IMP Electronic Systems specializes in wire harness design and assembly for airborne, land, naval and space applications and provides expert design, manufacture and repair for avionics, instruments and Radar components.  Electronic systems also offers accredited calibration services trusted for accuracy and consistency Extensive calibration services are also offered.

IMP Aerostructures provides a total capability for precision CNC 5- axis machining, structural sheet metal forming; processing and finishing; advanced composites manufacturing; and full assembly capabilities.

IMP’s Naval and Land Services provides a focal point for the application of IMP’s capabilities in manufacturing and engineering ILS as well as publications services for the Naval and Land sectors.
